Our vision is to make your job as a teacher or Manager easier. With 20+ years experience, we have the confidence to say we can deliver on our vision and we can deliver a programme unlike anything on offer.

I was a terrified teen student. At 14, skin specialist’s couldn’t find a cure for my extreme skin condition. A summer job in a different environment changed all that. Only 4 weeks into my summer job and my skin had healed without lotions or potions. At 14 I had learned what stress did to me. If we could manifest our stress in an extreme skin condition, maybe we would do something about it. So much of our stress is hidden within unlike a skin condition. out of sight often means out of mind because we learn to carry the stress as if it was a natural part of us.

Before I could become an effective therapist I had to resolve my issues, let go of my fear, and step into my power by becoming the best possible version of me. I would like to think I succeeded to a large extent and every course I did, every therapy I engaged in, and every book I read, gave me more and more tools to handle life. I’m still learning, still evolving, still growing.

Over the last 20+ years I have put my steps into action with such consistent results that I’m confident they work for everyone, irrespective of age or profession.

For the past four years I have worked freelance as a tutor in schools all over Ireland with positive results. Students have repeatedly responded well to my workshops.

The best way to get a better understanding of what we do and how we do it is to arrange a meeting face to face or via video calling. We can explain our process so much easier face to face or over the phone. There is such a variety of content involved, explaining all the aspects of our programme is difficult in text.
